WANNA KNOW WHAT WE'RE UP TO?
Audiences
"Audiences" are named after the papal Wednesday meetings where JPII originally taught and developed Theology of the Body. In his spirit of theological, philosophical, and humanity-centered inquiry, we are encouraging a forum of discussion, thought, and dreaming in our students! Audience topics are hardly limited; come tell us about beauty, nostalgia, adventure, Greek mythology and constellations, Marian titles, education, leisure, etc! Each month (or twice a month) different students prepare presentations. Come learn a new way of thinking!
Trips
Trips are student-run, club-sponsored. This means we need students' help to put that Gearbrary to use and get a group of friends out into the beauty of creation! We want camping trips, sunrise-viewing parties, Mass outside, firebuilding, and some real-life bonding. Also, we run (and sponsor) smaller day trips like laser tagging, ice skating, corn mazes, etc! The idea that adventure is only for the mountains is grossly reductionist; there is adventure, beauty, and fun to be had anywhere! Let's discover those Kansan gems!
