TRIPS & LEADING THEM
Wanna lead a trip?

Students lead camping trips of 10-14ish peers. They get to plan everything--meals, location, schedule, drivers, etc. Trips generally last a night (possibly two) and aren't farther away from campus than 3 or 4 hours. Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska all have awesome parks and grounds to visit.
Besides camping trips, there are also other trips. Ice skating, corn mazes, Applefest, skiing at Snow Creek, and haunted houses are just a few of the ideas we hope to bring to fruition.

First Trip
The first trip was September 22-23, 2017. We took two cars up to Omaha, NE to see the Holy Family Shrine on Family Weekend. [As we like to say, we had HOLY Fam Weekend!] After staying the night at Indian Cave State Park --during which Monica got us lost, Corey and Horacio got us found, and we spent 50 minutes starting a fire--we roadtripped up to the Shrine, grabbed lunch at Chick-fil-Heaven and headed home!
